Yes, it's been a long sudden month for our meetings, but we'll have atwo week break period to study & catch up.

This Monday, March 1, the CCNA sig is scheduled to meet. We will go over: a quick DLL Review, VLANs & Trunking, IP Addressing Fundamentals, TCP/IP Model, (looks like a lot, but it will go quick). Chapters to be covered are: Ch. 5, 9, 10 (INTRO), Ch. 3 (ICND). Looks like a lot but the chapters are really short & so related that it's easy.

I've updated the calendar on the webpage (http://www.hal-pc.org/~ccna). The calendar takes us up through the end of June after which we'll start over & maybe have some more speakers come.

I've gotten permission to install router simulator software in Lab 1. This is coming soon, like next week, although I don't anticipate discussing router commands until April 26. I'd still like to try & get a router kit. And we don't yet have the Boson practice exams. We may have to choose what we'd like to get in order to save money, unless everybody wants to chip in and get both (might run us $35 each). More on this to come.

Links & testing info will be up shortly.
